Complaints and Whistleblower Procedure
Baker Tilly is committed to satisfying our customers, so we are constantly improving the quality of our service. However, if you have a complaint about an employee’s actions or Baker Tilly’s services, you can communicate them to the Compliance Officer or directly to a Baker Tilly representative through whistleblow@bakertilly.ke
We assume that the reports are true and express genuine and legitimate concern. We thoroughly review all reports. Your complaint or report will be kept strictly confidential. We will carefully consider your complaint and work to find an appropriate solution. You can also specify if you have a proposal for resolving the complaint. You will receive a confirmation of receipt and the next steps in the procedure within 48 hours.
