Emmanuel Mani – Manager

Emmanuel is a commercially astute finance professional with about 10 years of solid experience in risk mitigation, financial audit strategy development and execution.

He possesses extensive knowledge in IFRS, ISA, IAS and, IPSAS. Specializing in the delivery of assurance services to International Donor Agencies (Multilateral and Bilateral Donors), Governments and non-Governmental Organizations (NGO(s)) in areas such as project financial monitoring, internal audits, financial audits, procurement audits, performance audits, investigative audits, reviews of systems of control, value-for-money reviews, pre-award surveys, compliance reviews and financial management assistance to projects funded by international donors in Eastern, Southern and Central Africa

He has acted as fund manager agent for various projects funded by different development partners such as UNFPA Somalia; UNHCR Kenya and Somalia; UNDP Somalia; UNCIEF Somalia; USAID Kenya partners; Somalia Stability Fund (SSF); Public Resource Management in Somalia (PREMIS) and its partners and GOK agencies among many.

He Played a core role as the team leader during the financial audits of the newly established Federal Member States of Somalia: Jubbaland, Galmudug, Hirshabelle and Southwest States for the years ended 2018 and 2019. Part of tasks was to capacity build the Office of the Auditor (OAG) of the Federal Member State.

Emmanuel has audited financial statements for many funded projects and private sector institutions have shown the ability to work independently and professionally. He is described as Self-motivated and innovative by his team members.
