Prepare detailed financial reports for internal stakeholders and external donors, showcasing the transparent and effective use of funds.

Ensure compliance with donor requirements, local and international financial regulations, and internal financial policies and procedures.

Conduct risk assessments related to fund management, implementing measures to mitigate financial risks.

Develop and maintain strong communication channels to ensure consistent updates on program progress and financial status.

Facilitate internal and external audits, coordinating with auditors to ensure a smooth process and addressing any findings or recommendations.

Provide assurance services to verify the accuracy of financial statements and the proper use of funds.

Review the fund management framework, including financial controls, reporting requirements, and disbursement processes to identify any deficiencies.

Recommend improvement to the financial management capacity and control mechanisms of processes and procedures.

Develop financial management tools and resources tailored to the needs of the program.

Advise on and implement financial management information systems to streamline financial operations, enhance data accuracy, and improve reporting capabilities.

Provide support for the integration of financial systems with other organizational systems to ensure cohesive management information.

Offer strategic advice on financial management practices, investment strategies, and resource allocation to support client's long-term sustainability and impact goals.

Participate in strategic planning sessions to align financial management strategies with organizational priorities.

Manage sub-grants, including financial oversight of sub-grantees, to ensure compliance with main grants and effective use of funds in achieving sub-project objectives.

Implement monitoring mechanisms to track the performance and financial accountability of sub-grantees.
