MERALI’s changed to Baker Tilly Merali’s Nairobi, Kenya office was established.
2012 to 2015
Baker Tilly Merali’s Consulting Company was formed
- Opened a branch office in Mogadishu Somalia
- Opened a branch office in Kigali, Rwanda
- Opened a branch office in Kampala, Uganda
- Staff number grew from 50 – 70

- Appointed by Parliament for Government Audits.
- Accredited Trainer for Public Financial Management.
- UN regional audit assignments (Kenya, Somalia, Uganda, Rwanda & Zimbabwe)

- Appointed by NIC, DTB to handle distressed debt
- Contract for the government of Kenya sugar privatization factories
- Contract for TMEA (Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, DRC)
- Full-time Staff numbers at 100
