How we work
Our service approach is based around a lead partner who serves as the client’s single point of contact. The Partner coordinates all work and ensures it is completed to the highest standards, within budget and deadline.

Strategic Planning
We plan meticulously to ensure that all audit objectives are met and that the audit is carried out in the most effective and efficient manner possible. We hold entry meetings with the project management team to learn about the assignment and the organization, as well as conduct an audit of available documents. Based on this, we can identify and analyze risk factors, as well as create a risk profile for each area to help us determine the scope of work.  Furthermore, we review applicable agreements and contracts, as well as any specific requirements and compliance issues that must be incorporated into our audit processes.

Providing quality services
To ensure the quality and accuracy of our final work product, all work performed must be subjected to an appropriate level of review by an authorized expert under our Firm’s quality control standards. This means that for each engagement with a client, a dedicated Review team reviews the working papers and supporting documentation to ensure that they are adequate to support the final product delivered in accordance with any corresponding professional standards and our internal quality control standards.
